Procedures for Addressing Concerns

Ensuring positive relations between the school and its parents and families is of utmost importance. Therefore, every effort will be dedicated to resolving disputes in the most constructive manner.

The following steps have been outlined to facilitate the resolution of such issues:

Step 1: Make an appointment to clarify the issue with your child¹s teacher.

Step 2: Make an appointment to clarify the issue(s) with our wonderful Preschool Director.

Step 3: State your concerns at a scheduled Administrative meeting.

Step 4: Contact the Chief Administrative Officer for My Academy Preschool and Learning Center once these points have been exhausted. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Upon availability, CAO will schedule a call and Preschool director.
